We provide printers, multifunction devices warranty / post-warranty service.

Appealing to the service for the warranty service you need to know the device serial number and have the purchase document.

Most devices have on-site warranty. It means, that after registration for repair, the problem could be solved by email, phone, technician could come to the customer's place and repair the device or service center could order the carrier to pick up the device and after repair wpuld also send back.

The warranty does not cover:

  • General maintenance kits, cleaning;
  • Consumable parts and normal wear and tear;
  • Device assembly and software installation;
  • Any damage as the result of accident, neglect or misuse;
